At RHODES-HR (“RHODES-HR”, “we”, “our” or “us”), we want to assist you to get your office and human resource work done easily and bring your employees together.
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains to you on how RHODES-HR collects, use and share your personal data through your use of our mobile application and web application (“RHODES-HR Platform”).
Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of RHODES-HR Platform is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Collection Of Your Personal Information

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where
the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
RHODES-HR may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you including but not limited to your name, date of birth,
profile picture, email address, telephone numbers, internet protocol (IP) address, your action within RHODES-HR Platform (e.g. the dates and times of your visits,
location and your clock-in and clock-out data). Further personal information may be collected, used, stored and transferred by us upon the improvement
of RHODES-HR Platform. We may collect your personal information from you (e.g. when you register to use our platform).Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the service we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

RHODES-HR follows these principles in order to protect your privacy: • Your username and Password which you registered in RHODES-HR platform, it’s your data to have permission to access the platform. • We do not collect any more Personal Information than is necessary to provide the Services; • We only use your Personal Information for the purposes we specify in this Privacy Policy, unless you agree otherwise; • We do not keep your Personal Information if it is no longer needed; and • Other than as we specify in this Privacy Policy, we do not share your Personal Information with third parties.

What Information Do We Collect?

When a User registers with RHODES-HR, information is needed such as the company name and size, business address, contact telephone number and email address. Some information provided to us may, either alone or when connected with other information to which we may have access, individually identify a User and that information may be referred to in this Privacy Policy as “User Personal Information.”

How Do We Use Your Information?

RHODES-HR Platform uses information, including User Personal Information, provided by you to provide the Services and for HR purposes such as your personal information, leave and vacation requests, and your attendance. RHODES-HR may share information, other than Personal Information, with third parties for identified your location. RHODES-HR will not share User Personal Information, or otherwise make User Personal Information available to any other parties except as provided in this Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or exchange User Personal Information with any third parties without permission from you.

Your Right To Access And Correct Personal Information

You may access your personal information to the extent required by law to review, update, and correct inaccuracies. Upon request made to us, RHODES-HR will provide you with reasonable access to the personal information we collect about you. You can correct, transfer, update, modify, or delete this information by logging into your account and updating your information using RHODES-HR Platform.

We may modify our privacy policy from time to time.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE PRIVACY OR SECURITY CONCERNS

RHODES-HR commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. If you have a concern about privacy or security at RHODES-HR, we want to hear about it by email. There is also the possibility, under certain conditions, for you to invoke binding arbitration.
